Who told you about the .test site? ;) That is really only for the site 
developers.
Regarding the docs: their are ready, updated and will be released 
together with KDE 3.5.9. I will also put them online soon.
If there are still questions remaining about Kommander, we can gather 
them and put into the FAQ. :)
