Only if you don't want grief as we (I) didn't really test the new parser prior 
to realese, which is why the old is the default. There are some really 
annoying and ugly bugs in it.

Would you like them to? Your system may install to /usr/local by default which 
would mean you would have two versions. You would need to either edit your 
path in bash or manually call the one second in the path. Alternately you 
could uninstall the old one. if they both write to the same location you may 
have some problems, so an uninstall is a cautious idea, but probably not 
required.

Follow the instructions I sent in my previous mail. It will check out 
kdewebdev, which is required for configuration, and only build and install 
Kommander. Follow the instructions as typed and it will work perfectly, and 
get kdesvn for easy updating.

As root in the install directory run
make uninstall
How do you think these automated programs do it, recrating the wheel? ;)
