Hi,
I've two more things to add.

First, you said that Kommander may use KDevelop framework in some way (like
Quanta does). KDevelop 4 now uses QT Designer 4 which allows designer to be
more integrated into KDevelop. I don't know how far this integration goes and
what the QT Designer public API allows.
So maybe this could be enough for what you need. I'm not saying it's the best
solution. I still think that KFD has many advantages. However you should
really consider Qt Designer/KDevelop solution _before_ we start anything,
because I don't to spend a lot of time improving KFD if, in the end, you
don't use it. I'd really like to work with you on KFD and Kommander but I want
to be sure that this is leading somewhere, and not wasted time.

Second, I'll be away with no internet during september because of my school,
and even maybe later.
But the good news is I'll have enough free time from November to April to work
on KFD.

See you
