This is solved and it is pretty easy to do so. The solution: DCOP. 
dcop kmdr-executor-PID KommanderIf enableWidget finish enable

I'm trying to figure out how to do it straightforward in the editor, by 
the user.

Michal, how can a slot be added to the main from from the code so that 
it shows up in the connection dialog?
