Can you detail here what would you like to see? I'm not sure I

PS: BTW now all Katepart action work in the editor, including 
indenting/unindenting, go to line, overwrite/insert mode, block 
selection mode, copy/paste, comment/uncomment (Kommander style 
comments), covert case etc. You just have to know the shortcut.
