Some updates...

There is now a Settings->Configure Editor dialog. What you change there 
has effect on all the editor widgets. So if you want line numbers, just 
turn on there. Tab width is also changeable.

Highlighting is also implemented. I created a bash based kommander 
highlighting mode, which is loaded unconditionally for every editor. It 
highlights @... and @#... correctly.

Highlighting mode cannot be changed right now. The solutions would be:
- change from the context menu
- a dropdown combo in the editor dialog

I couldn't figure out yet how to use context menus, so I'd suggest the 
second one.
