I hate to say this but the regular user list might be a better place to ask
this question. ;-) I think most of us here are pretty spoiled and work with
Linux based servers. I've personally never used FlunkPage. It sounds like
this is a windoze server. I can't see where WebDAV would work if you're using
IIS, but if they are running Apache 2 it might. I would think smb:/ would
work, however your other comments make it sound like a network question.
See? This has nothing to do with how to make a web page. ;-)
The first question is how is this network set up? Is it all a regular network?
You say you can explore files with Konqueror? Are you talking the physical
machine the server is on? It's this "asp/tunneling mojo" that makes me wonder
if it's another machine behind a firewall being port forwarded or something.
If you were to have a better picture of the network and if you asked on our
user list you would have over 500 web developers who could answer. If you
need help on how to make a web page this is the list.
