Jens Herden (Quanta developer) installed drupal for testing on the 
server and as my time permits I will evaluate it. What I don't like 
that much is that you have to enter the page content/code in the web 
form, so you will not use Quanta for it. :( 
 Any idea how Quanta and Drupal could be "integrated" is welcome.
