[kdewebdev-site] redesign of the quanta web site

Hi,

i'm Carlos Rincon one of the partners of Neurotic, a web design company.

We think that the design of Quanta is very old and needs a redesign. We
would like to do that redesign if we are allowed to put a small link in
sidebar or footer to our web page(http://en.neuroticweb.com)

We also want to make the redesign because as Quanta users we want to
compensate for your great work.

We have already made a design draft, it's a very very "beta" but you can
see something tangible.

Our idea is to simplify the web, putting the more important elements
into the top: a simple definition of Quanta, the download and the
screenshots. We also have redesigned the logo (only a little).
