I don't know if kde-apps.org holds multiple revisions or not, but I 
suppose not. So I think it makes sense to put the file on the project 
website and provide a link to it on kde-apps.org. Quanta is special, as 
there is no separate Quanta release. But we still upload to sourceforge 
as people tend to not find as part of KDE...

Sure, you can drop the sections, but I think visitors of the klinkstatus 
page would like to know from where to download and how to install. 
The Kallery content was created 3 years ago, I just adapted to the 
current layout, so it's hardly a base how to do the site.
