I provide tarballs for klinkstatus only in kde-apps.org, like Quanta.
I think we have two choices here:
- treat klinkstatus only as a part of kdewebdev only and drop the install and 
download section
- consider also this individual tarballs made for klinkstatus only and have a 
install and download section

I think this stands for Quanta also.
What do you think?
