[kdewebdev-site] IMPORTANT: Using Quanta to upload the files

As an addition: the CVS in top level has now an kdewebdev-all.webprj and
toolbars/useful-scripts.toolbars.tgz.
Use the webprj only if you run CVS HEAD, so your user specific
information (preview path, logon name etc) won't be saved there!
If you have CVS HEAD, you can use this file. You still need to get the
ChangeMod All script and create the default upload profile which
automatically loads the toolbar (and thus the script action as well).
You should also create an upload profile which uploads to
kdewebdev.org, path /home/kdewebdev with fish. Luckily the CVS layout
matches the webserver layout. :-) From now on, if you want to upload
only kommander, right click on the kommander folder and select upload.
Same for the others, or individual files.
The upload status is stored in webprj, so if you have files in CVS that
should never be uploaded, mark them as such. And of course commit the
webprj file as well to the CVS when you add new files or mark something
as not to be uploaded, so other will notice the change as well.
