LOL you guys are entertaining.

1) Moura please use Cervisia as it's feedback is vastly superior and please 
include a message in your commits.
2) applib.php needs to be edited. I wondered why it was showing the Kitty 
Hooch logo and it's because it still says kallery and the menus are from 
Kallery. So you need to do the simple edits for menus.
3) I need to remove the html index as it will do that first over PHP.
