[kdewebdev-site] Can't add file to CVS

In this location:
/var/lib/cvs/kdewebdev/klinkstatus/public_html

I though that the files would go to "home/kdewebdev/klinkstatus/public_html" 
because is where the server is looking for http://klinkstatus.kdewebdev.org: 
"Comming Real Soon".
Whatever I do in CVS it won't affect nothing...
