I'll check again. Certain parts of the site that you have uploaded cause me to 
get errors when running this and then I have to manually confirm what did or 
did not get it. It's getting close.

BTW there are three independent doc packages for Kommander special features 
that I have in the kommander/ directory. Several are already done with the 
old XSL and the other has the directory already set up with the link to 
common. Could you do those too?
