I've update the Quanta and Kommander docs. The documentation is 
generated from the KDE CVS HEAD. 
 It's not possible for me to upload the documentation for the other 
applications, again due to the permission issues. When you have time 
please set the correct permissions for them:
chmod g+s pubic_html (and for all existing directories under 
public_html)
chmod g+w -R public_html/*

This way I don;t have to set back the group to kdewebdev each time I 
upload something there and I will be able to modify files.
