I'm doing this in all doc directories and making sure the files can be edited.
I don't really think these files need to be in CVS either as they make up a
fair amount of size and are generated and not edited.
BTW while we're at it, you left a test directory in kommander and the newstuff
in Quanta is all you and not g+w. Could you please take care of that? Thanks.
