[kdewebdev-site] Common documentation files

In order to reduce the number of files, I've moved the 
kallery/public_html/docs/common to public_html/docs/common.

What is needed now to create a symbolic link in every directory which 
holds KDE-like documentation 
to /home/kdewebdev/public_html/docs/common.

I did this for kallery and kommander/public_html/docs, but couldn't do 
for  kommander/public_html/plugins due to permission problems:
drwxr-sr-x    2 kdewebde kdewebde     4096 Mar  3 01:43 plugins
