Please let me know what you want to do specifically here. If you specifically 
want to take "subproject specific" donations from Paypal I can help to set up 
a page for you based on mine and as long as we clearly explain things I have 
no objection to a separate donation page for an application on the project. 
It is semi academic for Quanta, Kommander and the main package.

As far as service for fees I also don't have a problem with that, however it 
should be defined and presented well. Any actual servicing or collection of 
fees should be linked to another site for several reasons.

I should mention that inherent to my design idea with the site is that I do 
not intend to actually provide service from the application site because this 
has a huge potential to be costly in time. I do intend to create a service 
oriented site that will be separate. I'm not sure how compatible it would be 
with your idea though as my plan involves a subscription base.
