[kdewebdev-site] UTF8

Another issue I found is that the UTF8 documents are not shown 
correctly. Seems that the server is configured to send them as 
ISO-88592-1. Here I had to add
AddDefaultCharset UTF-8

in /etc/apache2/mod_mime-defaults.conf
