No but if you want the latest version you will always be better off getting 
the sources from CVS and compiling them yourself as you can do this as soon 
as the updates are commited.
With an RPM or DEB or any other package they will always inevitably be behind 
what's in CVS

This type of question would be better asked on the user list btw. Rather than 
on the kdewebdev-site list which is for traffic concerning the kdewebdev site 
and consequently has far fewer subscribers than the user list, and you are 
therefore much more likley to find help there.
