I wanted to get my local area setup, and couldn't resist a few quick
changes. Mostly irrelevant, except to us standards nerds.

Mostly just small changes to validate. (alt text, etc.)
I didn't commit anything yet.

I couldn't help but change a few things that seemed strange to me,
markup wise. Specifically replacing unneccessary <dl>'s with <p>'s
Is there a reason everything is in definition lists?
Paragraphs just seem more logical when marking up paragraphs of text. :)

I also re-coded the content in "Awards and Recognition".
I removed the "<br /> party hack" at the bottom and replaced with simple
markup, and added corresponding CSS.

I've only tested in Firefox so far. I have to reset Konqueror to release
my URL's from firefox, and my Crossover IE install seems to have gone kaput.
