The CVS root on the current server is set to group write permission. Therefore 
any of us could do an admin task, however I would consider anyone doing 
anything in there without authorization to be a concern. In this case I can 
see that there are some obvious edits that need to be done and it appears we 
would need to do a CVS accounts file. The initial concern here is as you 
pointed out a careless application could irritate some KDE developers. ;-)

My Perl is a little rusty. This seems like it could be useful for getting 
information out on commits, but I'm not sure it is worth the effort as I hope 
to be moving to subversion on the other server soon. I think if I can get 
some initial setup taken care of I could move kdewebdev.org there well in 
advance of kittyhooch.com, possibly in the next week.

I'm open to any comments on the suggested use of these files.
