I want to help too. I'm currently very busy with a deadline that's
creeping on me, but anticipate some free time after that (March). I'd
like to try and set aside a few hours a week to contribute though.

PHP, XML, XHTML/CSS, Database (MySQL, some pgSQL). I'm decent with
graphics too, but prefer coding. KNewStuff sounds very cool too.

> Can you field a PHP5 test bench?

Yes, no, and eventually so. I'm running php4 here on my test server, but
have been thinking about configuring 5 too. I already installed the
command line package for debian, just don't want to hose my testing
setup yet as I don't have time to fix it if something goes haywire.
(like my MySQL 4.1 upgrade)
I'll be getting a new laptop soon and will definately be putting it on that.
FWIW I do have it installed on my windows partition (that rarely gets
booted) with Apache 2.0

> Would you like a remote PHP5 test area?

Yes, if I don't have it setup here yet.

> Do you have experience with PHP5?

Some. I set it up around RC2 to try it out, and recently have been
drooling over the simpleXML features.
Other than consuming a few web services, and testing my php4 code, not
much though. It's the road I'm heading down though, just taking my
time as all of my servers (at hosts) are still running php4.

Quanta, KFileReplace, Kommander..
How about cervisia?

Quanta Docs.
Info/how to's on other packages (Kommander, etc), and how they integrate
with Quanta/kdewebdev.

mixed feelings about this. I can't stand when I go to a magazine site
and they do this (after I've already bought their magazine).
But at the same time, there's a good reason behind yours, and the prices
sound like they'll be more than reasonable.

Locking articles and tutorials also seems kind of "Mandrake"-ey to me at
first. I picture users searching for something, only to find "Join the
club" messages everywhere.
