Don't do it. :-) Instead of uploading them to our site we should give a 
link to docs.kde.org. (See 
http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdewebdev/klinkstatus/index.html).
Pro's:
- we don't have to care about them
- there are multi-language docs
- there are docs for different versions

Cons:
 - non aside of the fact that is not on our server. Well this might be a 
pro as well.
