[kdewebdev-site] Screenshots

Hi,

 I've uploaded some Quanta screenshots and added a screenshot engine to 
the site. The engine works like the fax and release engines. An XML 
file contains the description of the images and PHP generates the 
actual screenshot page.
 Some pictures are not uploaded yet as it is very slow from here...
