[kdewebdev-site] Move the Sourceforge site

Hi everyone,

 I suggest to move the content of the sourceforge site to the kdewebdev 
site and just put a page there which redirects the visitors to the new 
location. The reasoning: it seems to be the case that the new site 
won't be up soon and right now only Eric can update the sourceforge 
site. This way it will be easier for others (read, me) to just add an 
announcement about new releases, important news, etc.
