[kdewebdev-site] Executable Name?

I downloaded and installed a package named "kdewebdev" using APT. Part 
of the installation was to uninstall Quanta. After completing the 
changes,  kdewebdev does not appear in the application menu and the 
various spellings I've tried (CLI launch) don't seem to work. Can 
someone tell me the name of the executable? I've been using Quanta for 
some simple web site maintenance and right now I'm out of business. Any 
help appreciated. (Did I post this to the right list?)
