This is much improved and tested in multiple browsers.

I like Americo's design very much. This lacks the background and button
images though and is only therfore a layout/markup example. Though while
doing it I did decide to modify the button names etc. as I felt the the
button layout on the png. Americo send would run into problems in the
long term.

I love the look that he has worked up though!
