Hi the one I sent to David was just a work in progress where I was
turning Americo's design into workable markup.

It's Americos layout emulated with markup and the dropdowns working etc.

I hadn't finished with it as I had only had about an hour to do the
mockup and it collapses under resizing.
David I believe has a mail from me to that effect.

I shall shortly post an improved version of the markup that is also
hacked for IE's stinking CSS.
It's more flexable but I'm still not satisfied with it. Having a
thinking error here as am changing jobs and learning some new tools and
am not giving this the time it deserves (sorry) will address the
outstanding issues with the mockup asap.
