Depending on what the site does... if you are trying to sell someone on the 
kdewebdev package, having links off site could derail our efforts.  What 
kinds of links would we need at this level?  KDE maybe?  If we can't come up 
with some good examples, or even if we only have one or two then maybe that 
part could be dropped and the links (like kde.org) worked into the text.

Mind you I am only thinking of the main page, not the tool pages.  I can see 
plenty of good things for them in there (like to the gimp from quanta+, etc)
