I'd like to suggest moving the "home | about | etc..." links to where "Quanta 
Item2 Item3" are located and using David's drop-down menus. This allows you 
to add projects without fuxing with the design.

Having the buttons read "Home Projects About Contact" would make that fit 
well.

I'm guessing "links" is for related projects and/or sites, so having links on 
each <tool>.kde...org page, instead of the main page, would be more 
appropriate, IMO.
