Support is a brief discussion on how all kinds of support is available, and 
how helpful and friendly everyone is on the lists, forums, irc, etc...

The User Support area links into an entire area devoted to the user, 
downloads, templates, forums, documents, etc...

Basically one is advertising the support, the other is the actual support
