Features encompasses all the information about Quanta...  So inside the 
features page there could be highpoints about Quanta, how good we are with 
adding new features, hey you can be BE if you want to be with the newest, 
Eric's home phone for support questions.  Then part of, or off that are the 
comparision chart with Pay products and Quanta can (Which I covered in 
previous emails) - Its mostly a text approach to talking about quanta 
organized by task (like project management, making PHP, etc..)
