Okay this is for the Quanta public site, and is pretty much something I passed
around a while back. This is just somewhere to start, so speak up, comment,
make changes (improvements) and so forth.
If any part is unclear, let me know and I will explain it: (the ... indicates
a sub section).

###Home page####
Some guidance to explain the categories, maybe a 1,2,3 step to see if Quanta
is right for you (of course it is)
News headlines (one liner - link)
Milestone writeup (if there is one)
The thing with news and milestones is they have to be kept up to date... If we
put up BE released, and one year from now it is still there - it does not
show a lot of activity. If someone visits the site and see's the latest news
is from a week ago, it gives them a sense of activity.
News and stuff can be a pain, so I would suggest to the group that is deciding
on what platform to run this on that there is an easy way to do it.
Aside from the normal navigation, I would suggest in body images linking to
Get Quanta now!
