[kdewebdev-site] Internationalisation

Anyone who can spare a little time to help with testing a new 
internationalisation facility for kdewebdev.org please let me know and i will 
give you use and login details.

The test site is currently up on http://wykd.co.uk/  (two pages only)
Werner is doing the german translation and has already done one page.

Translators for all other languages are appreciated. If you don't see your 
language in the flags then please let me know and I will be happy to add 
support for your language.

Thanks in advance for the help and note that this is a test site. Time and 
Eric Laffoon may cause things to change.
