[kdewebdev-site] Looks like i gotta upgrade / Getting sorted

On a side note looks like my dev server needs updating as domxml_open_file() 
just failed while i was writing some test stuff.(still got that terribly old 
(anything pre php5 apparently) version running)

Given Eric's pretty relentless upgrade path i think maybe a lot of us are 
going to have to!

Probably best to do it now and get it out of the way for anyone who's going to 
get involved with the site on the coding end

On a major note the first thing we could do with is sorting out what we need 
for the back-end in terms of data organisation requirements and set out our 
stall. I think that once we know what we need and get the data sorted 
everything else will start to flow pretty rapidly from there
