Are you still planning on sending me a demo? It would help if you could send 
the demo and include with it the necessary steps for extending it to another 
language. Something like:

1) Pretend you want to translate this site into Romulan
2) Open xgettext......
....
x) And there you have it - a Romulan version of the web site.

This will really help me fully understand where you're coming from.
