I see everything here is text-based. That has both good and bad aspects. Is 
there any way we could reduce the amount of HTML code in the translations at 
all? I'm a little concerned that if we make a change to formatting (say 
changing a style name or something) that we would have to do it in all of the 
language files since they all have style aspects embedded in them.

Thoughts?
