Hello all,

I'm starting to see localization proposals come across the list. Thanks to
everyone who is working on putting this stuff together. Just in case you
missed my Email from last week, here's the format I'd like the proposals to
be in so we can archive the proposals in the mailing list history.

I'd like the proposals to take the following general form:

A: Intro
B: Why we should use this method of localization
C: Sample of how the localization table(s) would be built
D: Sample PHP code that would use the localization table(s) in step C
E: Strenghts of the proposal
F: Weaknesses of the proposal (if any)
G: Conclusion

Please don't go too overboard. Put as much detail as necessary, but don't get
too overboard. This isn't the design phase, just the proposal/prototype
phase. I'm guessing a page or two should fit the bill nicely.

In addition to the propsal, I would still like the working prototype so that
we can see the code in action. I would like this prototype delivered as
a .tar.gz attachment so that anyone can uncompress it and run it inside a
local copy of Apache.

I'd like to see these proposals and their attachments sent to the list as
quickly as possible so we can proceed to the fun part of the project :)

Chris, you and Américo were also working on site mockups. How is that going?
We all wanna see pretty pictures!

Thanks to all!

David
