I'm still under the impression that both you and Eric are working up proposals 
for how we're going to do localization. I was hoping we could have the 
proposals by Sunday.  If I only get one proposal, well, the choice of which

I remember you said you had some working code that you wanted to improve. I'm 
cool with that. The proposal doesn't have to have shippable code, just an 
idea of how we're going to get to shippable code.

There was only one team for the UI mockups though. IIRC, you were on that. Can 
you give an update on that as well?
