I'm leaving this between Eric and Chris, and anybody
else that wants to voice his/her opinion. I honestly
don't care what we do, and I don't have time until
after the 28th to put time into a formal proposal.
Just let me know what we're doing, what coding style,
what directory structure, and I'll run with it.
If anyone wants to bounce ideas around, I may have
have an hour or two to talk about it tonight on jabber
after 11pm (GMT-4), and a bit more time tomorrow after
8 or 9pm. I'm going out of town on the 21st-28th and
don't plan on touching a computer if I can help it.

In a related note, make sure that whatever
localization strategy is used that it has proper
support for plurals and for adding localization to
"pure" php (instead of php generated from a meta
file). Not all languages follow the concept of
one/more than one for plurals. Polish is one example,
but I'm sure there are more. See the info page on
gettext.
