It's pretty simple: Flag strings to translate, extract them into .pot files, 
translate the .pot files, and convert the .pot files to PHP includes. Most of 
that can be automated.

I have a page that changes language and/or style (accessibility) already.

I have the code pretty much done completely, but would /really/ like to 
rewrite is as it's not as flexible as I'd like it to be.
