KDE sites, and sub-kdewebdev sites. Would any more be needed for an umbrella

Build! I think it's important for a site related to Quanta+ to be built in
Quanta+ purely (except images, of course). However, I see no problem in using
available forum software.

I have i18n methods in PHP that are simple to use (i18n("String"); and
xgettext (PO)). I want to translate it to lojban, too. :-D

I don't see a need for a DB, except for a forum, if any. But I may be short
sighted.
