Here I can see a potential for problems. A Terms of Use/Privacy will be needed 
to keep us out of liability.

Also, I'd hate to see some 13-year-old learn about copyright law the "hard 
way." How will licensing work?

I'm assuming there's no design for this yet. Wasn't someone working on a 
design?
